The clients needed a lot from their merchandise.  They had struggled with designers in the past not being able to brieng their vision into reality and had a lot of concerns.  I remember a very specific phrase... "we want cool merch." But it went so much deeper than that. They also wanted to tell a large part of their story that had be hidden up to this point.  They wanted to express how all their bagels are hand made - They wanted it to be a part of their message.
